A 6-ft-wide composite dock with one slip and lighting runs roughly $22–31k installed in our area, permits included.
Capital Marine is a Cocoa-based crew building docks, seawalls, and boat lifts the way they ought to be built — sealed plans, permits handled, finished by people who live on the same river they work on.

Pick a length. Pick a width. Add slips, lifts, lighting. The plan view on the right redraws as you go and the number is the same range we’d quote you over the phone — pulled from real Brevard County builds we completed this season.
Estimate uses 2026 Brevard Co. material + labor inputs. Final price varies with site conditions, soundings & permit scope.

We do four things on the waterfront, and we’re honest about all of them. Each entry below is a project we’ll quote, permit, and stand behind for decades.

If your wall is leaning, weeping, or pushed back > 1″ from level, it’s repairable — don’t wait for a collapse to rebuild from scratch.
Add a lift to a new dock build and you save ~$1,800 vs. retrofitting later — pilings get sized for it the first time.
Permit success rate north of 95% on first submission, because we already know what each agency wants to see.

“Outstanding job! Very happy with the care that was given to the surrounding properties and common grounds while redoing our seawall.”
